All rights, including copyright, in this catalogue are owned by CUI International Ltd. Any use of its contents, including copying or storing it in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of CUI International Ltd.
2) Conditions of Sale:
Prices quoted in the catalogue are those ruling at the time of going to print. CUI International Ltd reserves the right to change prices at any time.
3) Payments:
We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Switch. Payment by cheque, made payable to CUI International Ltd is also accepted.
4) Delivery:
a) Allow upto 28 days for delivery. If an item that you order is out of stock, we will contact you with the accepted delivery time, and allow you to proceed with the order, remove the item from your order, or substitute another item of your choice.
b) Delivery charges to United Kingdom mainland as specified on the order form are for delivery to one delivery address. Where the buyer requires goods to be delivered to more than one address within the United Kingdom,additional delivery charge will be levied and such charges will be stipulated at the date of contract.
c) If the buyer requires goods to be delivered outside the United Kingdom:
i) the buyer shall pay all the sums in respect of carriage, customs clearance and delivery.
ii) The buyer shall be responsible for complying with any legislation or regulations governing the export and import of the goods from the UK to the country of destination.
d) CUI International Ltd reserves the right to deliver on more than one consignment and invoice for each consignment separately.

Every item in this catalogue is guaranteed to be dependable in quality. Every possible care is taken to ensure that each item is faithfully and accurately described and reproduced. However, while the colour reproduction is a very good representation, a slight variation from the actual products can occur.
6) How to Cancel Orders:
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery. To cancel your order,either email customer.care@cuiwear.com or telephone the customer service team. Any item can be returned for refund or exchange, as long as it is unused, with hygiene strip (on briefs) intact and returned in the original packing.
